Counselling at a Distance: Learner Support Models in Nigerian ODL Centres

Abstract

Retention in ODL programmes depends on timely, human learner support. This comparative study of four Nigerian ODL centres maps counselling, tutoring, and disability-support practices against international benchmarks.
